• Installation of heat pump system into apartments in 95 year old, 36 unit building. Scope included electrical, plumbing, framing, kitchen upgrades, flooring refinishing and painting.
• Full building assessment of 1980s townhomes, recommendations and upfit to meet current Ontario Building Code standards including electrical upgrades, HVAC      upgrades, garage carbon monoxide containment barrier, fire code upgrades and structural assessments.
• Triplex Fire Retrofit
• Common hallways upgrade on a 46 unit condo building including hallway painting, floor replacement and door threshold replacement.

• Basement upgrade design and rebuild including framing, egress basement window, insulation, drywall, trim and painting.
• Third floor addition for three bedrooms, master and main bathroom including framing, wiring, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring and trim.
• Design and rebuild of outdoor living space including deck and pergola.
• Complete interior design with modern upgrades for condominium including painting and tile backsplash
• Kitchen upgrades - removal of existing kitchen, new tile floor, trim, painting and cabinets.

• Modern upgrade and remodel of public bathrooms for a multi-business building.
• Relocation of main floor walls to open office space and floor refinishing.
• Huntley Curling Club - Assisted in demo of old 4 stall men's and women's washrooms, install new drywall, tape, sand, prime, paint, tile flooring, trim and counters provided by The Cabinet Shop.
• Hazeldean Gardens Retirement Home - Framed seating area and ramps for new 40 seat movie theater room.
• Deficiency repairs and upgrades for 400 plus condominium units.
• Blueskin applications at the Tangers Outlet in Kanata and at a new building on Merivale road (over 25,000 square feet).
